Helmet awareness is an important part of building responsible road behaviour. Through direct interaction and counselling, UYIR Club volunteers continue to contribute to community-level road safety awareness and encourage riders to understand the importance of protecting themselves while travelling.

Such initiatives bring together students, educational institutions, volunteers and traffic authorities to promote a stronger culture of road safety across Coimbatore.
